Rosalie Summerlin, Miss Upstate Teen, has started The Rose Project to make sure any and every girl who wants to attend prom, the Military Ball, or 8th grade prom at Palmetto has the opportunity. She is collecting cocktail dresses, prom/pageant dresses, and bridesmaids dresses in any and all sizes. She is also collecting shoes( flats and heels) and jewelry. These will be available at NO CHARGE! If you have anything that you are willing to donate, please let me know. The school administration has graciously provided her with a room that she is turning into a Boutique. She needs clothes-shoe racks, mirrors, area rugs, and jewelry racks! She would also love a dress form or a mannequin! If you have anything sitting around collecting dust, please consider donating to her ministry project!
